Christmas Chain
December 5th
It was one of those days that Tynlee was bored and driving me crazy so I decided that I needed to stop what I was doing and play with her while Brogan was napping!
I thought it would be fun to make a Christmas chain!
She would ask me every morning if Santa was coming so I thought this would be a fun way for her to count down the days until Santa was really going to come!
She really got into it to!
She loved that I let her practice with the scissors and taping the loops together!
Besides asking where Jingles her elf is she always reminds me to tear off a loop!
Her very own tree
December 6th
While Tynlee was at dance I went to the dollar store and got her her very own Christmas Tree!
She had seen this purple one a couple days before and said she wanted it for her room!
I always had a tree in my room as a kid and I thought it would be fun for her!
She was so excited when she got home that we had to put it up right away...even before changing out of our dance clothes!
I had also gotten a few ornaments.
She was in the zone for sure!
She was loving that I wasn't telling her how or where to put the ornaments!
It was her very own.
We had to put it up on the dresser so Brogan would his little hands on it!
I think it's safe to say that she was pretty proud of her little purple tree!
First performance!
December 7th
Tynlee had her very first dance performance and we both were so excited!
I was just curious as to how she would do!
I mean with this age you never know what your going to get!
It was snowing and freezing cold that day and we had to drive about 30 minutes but it was in a venue that had other booths where people were saleing things so they basically were the entertainment!
I was so surprised and impressed at how well she did!
She reminds me a lot of me when I was her age cause we just look at our friends and copy what they are doing instead of watching out teacher! haha
She did at one point spot me while I was trying to take pictures and kept trying to talk to me and dance at the same time!
At one point she asked me where her dad was!!
Hence why I don't have a lot of pictures and they are blurry is because I kept trying to tell her to watch her teacher!
But all in all she actually did really well!
I was laughing the whole time and kind of got teary eyed watching her and how big she looked on stage!
It's so hard to watch them grow up so fast but it's so fun at the same time!
To see all the new things that they are learning and how much she loves dancing!
So proud of this girl of mine!
Oh and I did get a picture of me with her and somehow it got deleted...ya I'm not to happy!

Jingle Bells
December 1st
This was Tynlee's first year with having a Elf.
Karcyns Elf Sparkles got together with Tynlee's Elf and they decided that since the girls were at Nans house on the first day of December that Tynlee's Elf would come and Karcyn's would be waiting for her at her house when she got home!
Of course my kids don't wake up as early as Jessica's so Karcyn was so sweet and waited patiently for Tynlee to wake up!
She did get to open her gift up by herself and it was kind of fun to see the girls reaction separate!
They were super excited for the gifts that the Elf's brought for them!
Comfy sock slippers, candy, a puzzle and lipgloss!
The Elfs also brought tiny pancakes...snowball donuts,,,biscuits with jam and hot cocoa with marshmallows!
Tynlee wanted to name her elf all sorts of names but she finally ended up with Jingle Bells!
I'm excited to see what these silly elfs have in store for us!
November photo dump
This kid loves to eat and his Uncle Mike!
The power was turned off 8 hrs at our for repairs and I totally forgot so I got in the shower and while I was in the shower the power went out.
I also had a hair apt so yes I was trying to somewhat dry my hair by the fire!!!
I could never be a pioneer
Nan made playdough and the girls were in heaven all week!
Black Friday shopping with these beauties!
We only wanted to go to Victoria Secret so we went at 11:00 pm thinking that it opened at midnight and after a hour wait we find out it doesn't open till 6:00 am
This kid is so busy
During Thanksgiving Kit always play in a basketball tournament for 3 days.
When it's my year at my house then he drives down and plays and drives back to St.George.
I usually don't go when it's my year but they made it to the Championship game and we didn't really have anything going on so I took Tyn, Meah and Trey along with me!
Those kids were so cute and loved watching Kit play!
Unfortunately they didn't win...they lost in over time by 1 point!
It was one of his best games ever!

Blessing Day
November 30th
Mike and Jessica and Justin and Kasse decided to bless the girls over the Thanksgiving holiday!
It was such a special day and Mike and Justin did a great job on giving their little girls a name and a blessing!
They two are going to have so much fun growing up together!
Cousins really are the best!
Of course while I was rushing and stressing to get everything ready I forgot my camera at home!
So I only took a couple on my phone!

Nerf Gun fight!
(Nov 28th)
This Papa had a great idea of having a nerf gun war with all the grandkids....well some adults were involved also!!
It was a huge hit....they were loving it!
Great way to burn off all that turkey we just ate!
I actually had gone to see Kit's parents while they were having the fight but thanks to Jessica
she shared her pictures with me!
And I think they speak for themselves!
Tyn got pretty upset and I think it was due to not being able to pull back her gun!
But she still had fun!
These kids are lucky to have such a fun grandpa!
